Challenges in the Management of the Public Sector’s Organizations

Abstract

The questions concerning the challenges in the management of public sector’s organizations are engaged in the research. The prerequisites for the differentiation of the public sector and the peculiarities in the management of the organizations in it are examined.An important part from the publication is the examination of the management of the organization in the sector of education. Some challenges in their management, as well as tendencies in the development of the different educational degrees in Bulgaria are pointed out.An object of the research is also the problems of the management of the public health organizations. An analysis of the public health organizations’ activities, as well as the specialists employed in the health care sector is carried out. Further on, directions for the improvement of the work in the health care sector are suggested.  The problems in the management of the public organizations in the sector of railway transport are analyzed and proposals for the improvement of their activities are made.
